1 Et à la tête du 3e mois, il sortit de l’arche et construisit un autel sur cette montagne et il fit expiation pour la terre.
2 Il prit un petit et fit expiation par son sang pour toute la faute terrestre, car toute chose qui y était fut détruite sauf ceux qui étaient dans l’arche avec Noah.
3 Et il déposa la graisse sur l’autel et il prit un bœuf et une chèvre et un mouton et des petits et du sel et une tourterelle et une jeune colombe et déposa sur l’autel un sacrifice au feu et versa dessus une offrande mélangée d’huile et l’aspergea de vin et couvrit le tout d’encens, ce qui fit monter une bonne odeur acceptable devant 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 (YHWH).
4 Et 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 (YHWH) sentit la bonne odeur et Il fit une alliance avec lui, qu’il n’y aurait plus jamais de déluge pour détruire la terre ; que durant tous les jours de la terre, semailles et récolte ne cesseront jamais, froid et chaud et été et hiver et jour et nuit ne changeront pas leur ordre et ne cesseront jamais.
5 Et Il dit : Et toi, augmente-toi et multiplie sur la terre et tu deviendras beaucoup sur elle et tu seras une bénédiction sur elle. J’inspirerai la crainte de toi et la terreur de toi à toute chose qui est sur terre et dans l’eau.
6 Et voici, Je t’ai donné toutes bêtes et toutes choses ailées et tout ce qui bouge sur la terre et le poisson dans les eaux et toutes choses en nourriture comme les herbes vertes ; Je t’ai donné toutes choses en nourriture mais la chair avec la vie, avec le sang, tu n’en mangeras pas, car la vie de toute chair est dans le sang, sinon les vies te seront réclamées de ton sang.
7 De la main de tout homme, de la main de toute [bête] je réclamerai le sang de l’homme. Qui répandra le sang humain, par l’homme son sang sera épandu, car à l’image d'Elohim Il fit l’homme. Et toi, augmente-toi et multiplie sur la terre.
8 Et dans ce mois Noah et ses fils jurèrent qu’ils ne mangeraient aucun sang qui soit de toute chair et il fit une alliance devant 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 (YHWH) Elohim à jamais pour toutes les générations de la terre.
9 Il vous parla qu’à ce sujet tu fasses une alliance avec les enfants d’Israël par un serment dans ce mois sur la montagne et que vous deviez asperger du sang sur eux à cause de toutes les paroles de l’alliance que 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 (YHWH) fit avec eux pour toujours.
10 Et ce témoignage est écrit te concernant que tu dois observer cela en permanence, qu’en aucun jour tu ne manges aucun sang de bêtes ou d’oiseaux ou bétail durant tous tes jours sur la terre.
11 Et l’homme qui mange du sang de bête ou de bétail ou d’oiseaux durant tous les jours de la terre, lui et sa semence seront déracinés du pays.
12 Et ordonne aux enfants d’Israël de ne pas manger de sang afin que leurs noms et leur semence puissent être devant 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 (YHWH) notre Elohim en permanence. Et il n’y a pas de limite de jours pour cette loi, car elle est à toujours.
13 Ils observeront cela pour leurs descendances afin qu’ils puissent continuer d’implorer de ta part avec du sang sur l’autel chaque jour. Et au moment du matin et du soir ils chercheront l’absolution devant 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 (YHWH) de ta part en perpétuité afin qu’ils la conservent et ne soient pas déracinés.
5 Et Il dit : Et toi, augmente-toi et multiplie sur la terre et tu deviendras beaucoup sur elle et tu seras une bénédiction sur elle. J’inspirerai la crainte de toi et la terreur de toi à toute chose qui est sur terre et dans l’eau.

13 Ils observeront cela pour leurs descendances afin qu’ils puissent continuer d’implorer de ta part avec du sang sur l’autel chaque jour. Et au moment du matin et du soir ils chercheront l’absolution devant 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 (YHWH) de ta part en perpétuité afin qu’ils la conservent et ne soient pas déracinés.
14 Et il donna un signe à Noah et ses fils qu’il n’y aurait plus de déluge sur la terre ; Il plaça son arc dans la nuée comme signe de l’alliance éternelle qu’il n’y aura plus de déluge sur la terre pour la détruire, tous les jours de la terre.
15 Pour cette raison il fut ordonné et écrit sur les tablettes célestes qu’ils doivent célébrer dans ce mois la Fête des semaines une fois par année, pour renouveler l’alliance chaque année.

16 Et cette fête était entièrement célébrée au ciel du jour de la création aux jours de Noah, 26 jubilés et 5 semaines d’années.
17 Et Noah et ses fils l’observèrent 7 jubilés et une semaine d’années jusqu’à la mort de Noah.

Et du jour de la mort de Noah ses fils l’abolirent et mangèrent du sang jusqu’aux jours d’Abraham.
18 Mais Abraham l’observa et Isaac et Jacob et ses enfants l’observèrent dans leurs jours.

Et les enfants d’Israël l’oublièrent dans leurs jours jusqu’à ce que tu le célèbres de nouveau sur cette montagne.
19 Et commande aux enfants d’Israël d’observer cette fête dans toutes leurs générations comme un commandement pour eux : une fois par année dans ce mois ils célèbreront la fête, car c’est la Fête des semaines et la Fête des premiers-fruits ; cette fête est double et d’une double nature comme il est écrit et gravé à ce sujet.
20 Célèbre-la, car J’ai écrit dans le Livre de la première Torah ce que j’ai écrit pour toi, que vous devez la célébrer en sa saison une fois par année et Je t’ai expliqué ses sacrifices que les enfants d’Israël doivent se rappeler et qu’ils doivent la célébrer à travers leurs générations un jour par année dans ce mois.

22 Et Noah les leur recommanda pour lui-même comme des fêtes pour les générations à jamais pour qu’elles deviennent un mémorial pour lui : A la tête du 1er mois - il lui fut permit de faire une arche, et en ce [jour] la terre devint sèche et il ouvrit l’arche et vit la terre ;

27 Chacune avait 13 semaines de l’une à l’autre et [passait] leur mémorial de la 1e à la 2e et de la 2e à la 3e et de la 3e à la 4e, et tous les jours de l’ordonnance sont de 52 semaines de jours et [cela constitue] l’année au complet ; ceci est gravé et ordonné sur lestablettes célestes et il n’y a pas de négligence [à ce commandement] pour une seule année ou d’année en année.
28 Et toi, commande aux enfants d’Israël qu’ils observent les années conformément à ce décompte de 364 jours et [cela] constituera une année complète et ils ne décaleront pas son temps de ses jours et de ses fêtes, car toute chose s’accordera avec cela selon leur témoignage et ils ne négligeront aucun jour, ni ne décaleront aucune fête.
29 Mais s’ils négligent et ne les observent pas suivant son ordonnance alors ils dérangeront leurs saisons en entier et les années seront décalées de leur [ordre] et ils négligeront leurs ordres. Et tous les enfants d’Israël oublieront et ne trouveront plus le chemin des années et oublieront les têtes des mois et saisons et shabbats et ils iront faussement ainsi que tout l’ordre des années.
30 Je sais à compter de maintenant et si je te le déclare ce n’est pas de mon propre chef, car cela [est gravé] et écrit dans le Livre devant moi et sur les tablettes célestes comment la partition des dates est ordonnée et malgré cela ils oublieront les fêtes de l’alliance et marcheront suivant les fêtes des nations, selon leur erreur et selon leur ignorance.
31 Car ils sont ceux qui feront assurément des observations de la lune, comment [elle] influe sur les saisons et vient d’année en année 10 jours plus tôt.
32 Pour cette raison les années tomberont sur eux quand ils dérangeront [l’ordre] et feront du jour du témoignage un [jour] détestable et d’un jour de fête un jour impur et ils confondront les jours au complet, le saint avec l’impur et le jour impur avec le saint, car ils iront faussement pour les mois et les repos et les fêtes et les jubilés aussi.
33 Pour cette raison je t’ordonne et te confirme que tu dois leur attester, car après ta mort tes enfants [les] perturberont au point qu’ils ne feront pas l’année de 364 jours seulement et pour cette raison ils iront faussement ainsi que pour les têtes des mois et saisons et shabbats et fêtes, et ils mangeront toutes sortes de sang avec toutes sortes de viande.

ובראש החודש השלישי יצא מן התיבה ויבן מזבח על ההר הזה ויירא על הארץ:
And on the new moon of the third month he went forth from the ark, and built an altar on that mountain.
ויקח שעיר עזים רך ויכפר בדמו על כל אשמת הארץ כי נמחה כל היקום אשר היה עליה לבד מאשר היו את נוח בתיבה:
And he made atonement for the earth, and took a kid and made atonement by its blood for all the guilt of the earth; for everything that had been on it had been destroyed, save those that were in the ark with Noah.
וישם את חלבו על המזבח ויקח פר ואיל וכבש ושעירי עזים ומלח ותור ובני יונה:
And he placed the fat thereof on the altar, and he took an ox, and a goat, and a sheep and kids, and salt, and a turtle-dove, and the young of a dove,
ויעל אשֶה על המזבח ויבא גם מנחות אפויות בשמן ויזרק את הדם והיין וישם על הכל לבונה ויעל ריח ניחוח לרצון לפני ה':
and placed a burnt sacrifice on the altar, and poured thereon an offering mingled with oil, and sprinkled wine and strewed frankincense over everything, and caused a goodly savour to arise, acceptable before the Lord.
וירח ה' את ריח הניחוח ויכרות אתו ברית לבל יהיה עוד מבול לשחת הארץ:
And the Lord smelt the goodly savour, and He made a covenant with him that there should not be any more a flood to destroy the earth;
עוד כל ימי הארץ זרע וקציר לא ישבתו קור וחום קיץ וחורף יום ולילה לא ישנו את סדרם ולא ישבתו לעולמים:
that all the days of the earth seed-time and harvest should never cease; cold and heat, and summer and winter, and day and night should not change their order, nor cease for ever.
ואתם פרו ורבו על הארץ ומלאו אותה והיו לברכה עליה:
"And you, increase ye and multiply upon the earth, and become many upon it, and be a blessing upon it.
מוראכם וחתכם אתן על כל אשר על הארץ ואשר בים:
The fear of you and the dread of you I shall inspire in everything that is on earth and in the sea.
והנה נתתי לכם כל חית הארץ וכל בהמה וכל אשר יעופף וכל הרמש הרומש על הארץ ודגי המים ואת כל לאכלה כירק עשב נתתי לכם את כל לאכלה:
And behold I have given unto you all beasts, and all winged things, and everything that moveth on the earth, and the fish in the waters, and all things for food; as the green herbs, I have given you all things to eat.
אך בשר בנפשו דמו לא תאכלו כי נפש כל בשר הדם ולא ידרש דמכם לנפשכם:
But flesh, with the life thereof, with the blood, ye shall not eat; for the life of all flesh is in the blood, lest your blood of your lives be required.
מיד כל אדם מיד איש אדרוש דם אדם:
At the hand of every man, at the hand of every (beast), shall I require the blood of man.
שופך דם אדם באדם דמו ישפך כי בצלם אלוהים עשה את האדם:
Whoso sheddeth man's blood by man shall his blood be shed; for in the image of God made He man.
ואתם פרו ורבו ומלאו את הארץ:
And you, increase ye, and multiply on the earth."
ובניו נשבעו לבלתי אכול דם כל בשר:
And Noah and his sons swore that they would not eat any blood that was in any flesh,
ויקם לברית לפני ה' אלהים לעולם לכל דורות הארץ בחודש הזה:
and he made a covenant before the Lord God for ever throughout all the generations of the earth in this month.
לכן דבר אותך כי תקים גם אתה ברית את בני ישראל בחודש הזה על ההר והבאת אותם באלה ותזרוק דם עליהם על כל דברי הברית אשר כרת ה' עמהם לדורות עולם:
On this account He spake to thee that thou shouldst make a covenant with the children of Israel in this month upon the mountain with an oath, and that thou shouldst sprinkle blood upon them because of all the words of the covenant, which the Lord made with them for ever.
וזאת העדות הכתובה לפניהם למען תשמרו אותה כל הימים לבל תאכלו לעולם את דם נפש כל חי:
And this testimony is written concerning you that you should observe it continually, so that you should not eat on any day any blood of beasts or birds or cattle during all the days of the earth,
והאיש אשר יאכל דם חיה ובהמה ועוף כל ימי הארץ ונכרת הוא וזרעו מן הארץ:
and the man who eateth the blood of beast or of cattle or of birds during all the days of the earth, he and his seed shall be rooted out of the land.
ויצו את בני ישראל לבלתי אכול כל דם למען יעמדו הם וזרעם לפני ה' אלהינו לנצח:
And do thou command the children of Israel to eat no blood, so that their names and their seed may be before the Lord our God continually.
והחוק הזה לא ימוש לעולמים ושמרו אותו לדורות עולם לכפר תמיד על נפשותיכם בדם על המזבח:
And for this law there is no limit of days, for it is for ever. They shall observe it throughout their generations, so that they may continue supplicating on your behalf with blood before the altar;
מדי יום ביומו בבוקר ובערב יכפרו עליהם לפני ה' ושמרו אותו ולא יכרתו:
every day and at the time of morning and evening they shall seek forgiveness on your behalf perpetually before the Lord that they may keep it and not be rooted out.
ויתן לנוח לבניו אות לבל יבוא עוד שנית מבול על הארץ:
And He gave to Noah and his sons a sign that there should not again be a flood on the earth.
את קשתו נתן בענן והיתה לאות ברית עולם ולא יהיה עוד המים למבול לשחת הארץ עוד כל ימי הארץ:
He set His bow in the cloud for a sign of the eternal covenant that there should not again be a flood on the earth to destroy it all the days of the earth.
לכן חרות החוק על לוחות השמים כי ישמרו את חג השבועות בחודש הזה פעם אחת בשנה לחדש את הברית בכל שנה ושנה:
For this reason it is ordained and written on the heavenly tables, that they should celebrate the feast of weeks in this month once a year, to renew the covenant every year.
וכל הימים אשר חגגו בשמים את החג הזה מיום הבריאה עד ימי נוח היו שבעה ועשרים יובלים וחמשה שבועים:
And this whole festival was celebrated in heaven from the day of creation till the days of Noah-twenty-six jubilees and five weeks of years:...
ויחוג נוח אותו שבעה יובלים ושבוע אחד עד יום מותו אבל בני נוח חיללו אותו עד ימי אברהם ויאכלו דם:
and Noah and his sons observed it for seven jubilees and one week of years, till the day of Noah's death, and from the day of Noah's death his sons did away with (it) until the days of Abraham, and they ate blood.
אך אברהם לבדו שמר אותו ובניו יצחק ויעקב שמרו אותו עד ימיך:
But Abraham observed it, and Isaac and Jacob and his children observed it up to thy days,
ובימיך שכחו אותו בני ישראל עד אשר חידשתים בהר הזה:
and in thy days the children of Israel forgot it until ye celebrated it anew on this mountain.
וגם אתה צו את בני ישראל ושמרו את החג הזה בכל דורותיהם לחוק להם:
And do thou command the children of Israel to observe this festival in all their generations for a commandment unto them:
יום אחד בשנה בחודש הזה יחוגו את החג הזה:
one day in the year in this month they shall celebrate the festival.
כי הוא חג השבועות והוא חג ראשית הבריאה משנה תושיה לו:
For it is the feast of weeks and the feast of first-fruits:
והחג הזה לשתי משפחות כפי הכתוב והחרות עליו:
this feast is twofold and of a double nature: according to what is written and engraven concerning it celebrate it.
כי אנכי כתבתי אותו בספר התורה הראשון בספר אשר כתבתי לך כי תחוג אותו יום אחד יום אחד בשנה:
For I have written in the book of the first law, in that which I have written for thee, that thou shouldst celebrate it in its season, one day in the year,
וגם הוריתי לך את קרבנותיו לזכר אותן ובני ישראל יחוגו אותו לדורותיהם בחודש הזה יום אחד יום אחד בשנה:
and I explained to thee its sacrifices that the children of Israel should remember and should celebrate it throughout their generations in this month, one day in every year.
וראשי חודשי הראשון הרביעי השביעי והעשירי המה ימי הזיכרון וימי חג בארבע תקופות השנה:
And on the new moon of the first month, and on the new moon of the fourth month, and on the new moon of the seventh month, and on the new moon of the tenth month are the days of remembrance, and the days of the seasons in the four divisions of the year.
כתובים וחקוקים המה לעדות מימים ימימה:
These are written and ordained as a testimony for ever.
וישם אותם נוח לו למועדים לדורות עולם להיות לו בהם חג זיכרון:
And Noah ordained them for himself as feasts for the generations for ever, so that they have become thereby a memorial unto him.
בראש החודש הראשון נאמר אליו לעשות את התיבה ובו יבשה הארץ ויפתח וירא את הארץ:
And on the new moon of the first month he was bidden to make for himself an ark, and on that (day) the earth became dry and he opened (the ark) and saw the earth.
בראש החודש הרביעי נכלא פי מעינות התהום בארץ:
And on the new moon of the fourth month the mouths of the depths of the abysses beneath were closed.
ובראש החודש השביעי נבקעו כל מעינות תהום רבה והמים החלו לרדת אל קרבנה:
And on the new moon of the seventh month all the mouths of the abysses of the earth were opened, and the waters began to descend into them.
ובראש החודש העשירי נראו ראשי ההרים ונוח היה שמח:
And on the new moon of the tenth month the tops of the mountains were seen, and Noah was glad.
לכן עשה אותו לו למועדי זיכרון לעולם וככה יסדו:
And on this account he ordained them for himself as feasts for a memorial for ever, and thus are they ordained.
ונחרתו על לוחות השמים שלושה עשר שבועות לכל אחד ואחד מן האחד ועד השני בוא יבוא זכרונם:
And they placed them on the heavenly tables, each had thirteen weeks; from one to another (passed) their memorial,
מן הראשון עד השני מן השני עד השלישי מן השלישי עד הרביעי:
from the first to the second, and from the second to the third, and from the third to the fourth.
וכל הימים אשר נועדו הם שתים וחמישים שבתות ימים עד מלאת שנה תמימה:
And all the days of the commandment will be two and fifty weeks of days, and (these will make) the entire year complete.
ככה חרות וחקוק על לוחות השמים חוק שנה בשנה ולא יעבור:
Thus it is engraven and ordained on the heavenly tables. And there is no neglecting (this commandment) for a single -year or from year to year.
ואתה צו את בני ישראל ושמרו את השנים על פי המספר הזה ארבעה ושישים יום ושלוש מאות יום:
And command thou the children of Israel that they observe the years according to this reckoning-three hundred and sixty-four days,
והיה שנה תמימה ומספר מפקד ימי השנה ומועדיה לא ישחת:
and (these) will constitute a complete year, and they will not disturb its time from its days and from its feasts;
כי הכל בוא יבוא בה כפי אשר הועד עליו ולא יעברו כל יום ולא יחללו כל מועד:
for everything will fall out in them according to their testimony, and they will not leave out any day nor disturb any feasts.
והיה כי יעברו ולא ישמרו אותם כמצותיו ישחיתו בפעם אחת כל עת וזמן השנים תעתקנה ממקומן:
But if they do neglect and do not observe them according to His commandment, then they will disturb all their seasons, and the years will be dislodged from this (order),
ויעבטון אורחות סדרם וכל בני ישראל ישכחו את דרך השנים ולא ימצאו עוד:
[and they will disturb the seasons and the years will be dislodged] and they will neglect their ordinances.
ויזנחו את ראש החודש וזמנו ואת השבתות והעוו את כל דרכי השנים:
And all the children of Israel will forget, and will not find the path of the years, and will forget the new moons, and seasons, and sabbaths, and they will go wrong as to all the order of the years.
כי ידעתי את הדבר וכהיום הזה אגידהו לך ולא אל בינתי אשען כי כן כתוב לפני על הספר ועל לוחות השמים מיוסדות חלוקת הימים:
For I know and from henceforth shall I declare it unto thee, and it is not of my own devising; for the book (lieth) written before me, and on the heavenly tables the division of days is ordained,
ולא ישכחו את מועדי הברית ולא ילכו במועדי הגויים לפי תעתועיהם ולפי דעתם:
lest they forget the feasts of the covenant and walk according to the feasts of the Gentiles after their error and after their ignorance.
והיו אנשים אשר יביטו יראו בירח הוא המשחית את הזמנים ויקדים עשרת ימים בכל שנה ושנה נו== ולכן ישחיתו את השנים בימים הבאים ועשו יום שוא ליום העדות ויום בלתי טהור ליום המועד:
For there will be those who will assuredly make observations of the moon--now (it) disturbeth the seasons and cometh in from year to year ten days too soon.
For this reason the years will come upon them when they will disturb (the order), and make an abominable (day) the day of testimony, and an unclean day a feast day,

וכל איש לא יבדיל בין ימי קודש ובין ימי חול כי יתעו בחודשים ובשבתות ובמועדים ובשנות היובל:
and they will confound all the days, the holy with the unclean, and the unclean day with the holy; for they will go wrong as to the months and sabbaths and feasts and jubilees...
לכן הנני מצווך ומעיד בך למען תעיד בם:
For this reason I command and testify to thee that thou mayest testify to them;
כי אחרי מותך ישחיתו בניך את הדבר למען יספרו בשנה רק שלוש מאות יום ושישים יום וארבעה ימים:
for after thy death thy children will disturb (them), so that they will not make the year three hundred and sixty-four days only,
ועל כן יתעו בראש החודש ובשבת ובחג ובמועד ואכלו תמיד את הדם בבשר:
and for this reason they will go wrong as to the new moons and seasons and sabbaths and festivals, and they will eat all kinds of blood with all kinds of flesh.
