1 Et dans la 1e année de la 7e semaine du 42e jubilé, Abraham appela Ishmaël et ses 12 fils, et Isaac et ses 2 fils, et les 6 fils de Keturah et leurs fils et il leur commanda d’observer la voie de 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 (YHWH), d’agir justement et d’aimer chacun leur prochain et d’agir de cette manière avec les hommes pour que tous marchent par égard pour eux à faire jugement et justice sur la terre.
2 Qu’ils doivent circoncire leurs fils selon l’alliance [qu’il a] faite avec eux et ne pas dévier vers la main droite ou vers la gauche de toutes les voies que
𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 (YHWH) nous a commandées et de nous garder de toute fornication et impureté [et renoncer à toute fornication et impureté parmi nous].
3 Et si une femme ou servante commet la fornication parmi nous, brûlez-la au feu et ne les laissez pas commettre fornication avec elle selon leurs yeux et leur cœur.
4 Et ne prenez pas des femmes parmi les filles de Canaan, car la semence de Canaan sera déracinée du pays.
5 Il leur parla ensuite du jugement des géants et du jugement des sodomites comme ils avaient été jugés à cause de leur cruauté et sont morts à cause de leur fornication et impureté et corruption mutuelle par fornication.
6 Et gardez-vous de toute fornication et impureté et hors de toute pollution de péché de peur de mettre sur votre nom une malédiction et votre vie entière en dérision et que vos fils soient tous détruits par l’épée et que vous deveniez maudits comme Sodom et tout votre reste comme les fils de Gomorrah.
7 Je vous conjure mes fils d’aimer l'Elohim du ciel et de vous attacher à tous ses commandements.
8 Et ne marchez pas d’après leurs idoles et leur impureté et ne vous faites pas des elohim moulés ou gravés, car ils sont vanité et il n’y a aucun souffle en eux, car ils sont le travail des mains [d’homme] et tous ceux qui croient en eux ne croient en rien.
9 Ne les servez pas, ni les vénérez, mais vous, servez le Plus-haut Elohim et servez-Le continuellement et attendez toujours son approbation et agissez droitement et justement devant Lui pour qu’il prenne plaisir en vous et vous accorde sa pitié et envoie sur vous la pluie du matin et du soir et bénisse tous les travaux que vous aurez réalisés sur la terre et bénisse votre pain et votre eau et bénisse le fruit de votre utérus et le fruit de votre terre et l’herbe de votre bétail et les troupeaux de vos moutons.
10 Et vous serez en bénédiction sur la terre et toutes les nations de la terre vous désireront. Bénissez vos fils dans mon nom pour qu’ils soient bénis comme je suis.

11 Et il donna des présents à Ishmaël et à ses fils et aux fils de Keturah et les éloigna de son fils Isaac et il donna toute chose à Isaac son fils.
12 Et Ishmaël et ses fils et les fils de Keturah et leurs fils partirent ensemble et habitèrent de Paran jusqu’à l’entrée de Babylon sur toute la terre qui est vers l’EST face au désert. Et eux se mélangèrent l’un et l’autre et leur nom fut appelé arabes et ismaélites.
12 Et Ishmaël et ses fils et les fils de Keturah et leurs fils partirent ensemble et habitèrent de Paran jusqu’à l’entrée de Babylon sur toute la terre qui est vers l’EST face au désert. Et eux se mélangèrent l’un et l’autre et leur nom fut appelé arabes et ismaélites.

וביובל השנים וארבעים בשנה הראשונה לשבוע השביעי קרא אברהם אל ישמעאל ושנים עשר בניו ואל יצחק ושני בניו ואל ששת בני קטורה ובניהם:
And in the forty-second jubilee, in the first year of the seventh week, Abraham called Ishmael, and his twelve sons, and Isaac and his two sons, and the six sons of Keturah, and their sons.
ויצו אותם לשמור את דרך ה' לעשות צדקה ואהוב איש את אחיו ולעשות כן בכל מלחמתם אשר יצאו על כל המתקומם לנגדם ולעשות משפט וצדקה בארץ:
And he commanded them that they should observe the way of the Lord; that they should work righteousness, and love each his neighbour, and act on this manner amongst all men; that they should each so walk with regard to them as to do judgment and righteousness on the earth.
את בשר בניהם על פי הברית אשר כרת אתם ולא יסורו ימין ושמאל מכל הדרך אשר צוה ה' אותנו ולהשמר מכל טמא ולהרחיק כל טומאה וזנונים:
That they should circumcise their sons, according to the covenant which He had made with them, and not deviate to the right hand or the left of all the paths which the Lord had commanded us; and that we should keep ourselves from all fornication and uncleanness, [and renounce from amongst us all fornication and uncleanness].
וכי תחל אשה או נערה לזנות בקרבכם באש תשרפו אתהן ולא תתורו לזנות אחרי עיניהן ואחרי לבבן:
And if any woman or maid commit fornication amongst you, burn her with fire, and let them not commit fornication with her after their eyes and their heart;
ולא יקחו להם נשים מבנות הכנעני כי זרע כנען יכרת מן הארץ:
and let them not take to themselves wives from the daughters of Canaan; for the seed of Canaan will be rooted out of the land.
ויזכירם את משפט הרפאים ואת משפט סדום אשר נשפטו בעוון חטאתם וזנוניהם וטומאתם ומשחתם איש באחיו:
And he told them of the judgment of the giants, and the judgment of the Sodomites, how they had been judged on account of their wickedness, and had died on account of their fornication, and uncleanness,
בגלל זנותם אבדו ואתם השמרו מכל זנות וטומאה ומכל כתם החטא לכל טומאתו לבל תתנו את שמנו לקללה וכל חייכם לחרפה:
and mutual corruption through fornication.
"And guard yourselves from all fornication and uncleanness, And from all pollution of sin, Lest ye make our name a curse, And your whole life a hissing,

ולבל כל בניכם לפי חרב ולבל תהיו ארורים כסדום ושאריתכם כבני עמורה:
And all your sons be destroyed by the sword, And ye become accursed like Sodom, And all your remnant as the sons of Gomorrah.
העידותי בכם בני אהבו את אלוהי השמים ושמעו לכל מצוותיו ולא תלכו אחרי אליליהם ותועבותיהם:
I implore you, my sons, love the God of heaven, And cleave ye to all His commandments. And walk not after their idols, and after their uncleannesses,
ולא תעשו לכם אלוהי מסכה ופסילים כי תוהו המה ואין רוח בקרבם כי מעשה ידי אדם הם וכל הבוטחים בהם יבושו כל אשר בטחו בהם:
And make not for yourselves molten or graven gods; For they are vanity, And there is no spirit in them; For they are work of (men's) hands, And all who trust in them, trust in nothing. Serve them not, nor worship them,
לא תעבדום ולא תשתחוו להם כי את אל עליון אותו תעבודו ואליו תשתחוו לעולם ועד והוחילו לישועות פניך אלוהים כל הימים:
But serve ye the Most High God, and worship Him continually: And hope for His countenance always,
ועשו משפט וצדקה ומישרים לפניו למען יחשוק בכם ויתן לכם רחמיו ויוריד לכם מטר בערב ובבוקר ויברך את כל מלאכתכם וכל אשר תעבדו על האדמה:
And work uprightness and righteousness before Him, That He may have pleasure in you and grant you His mercy, And send rain upon you morning and evening, And bless all your works which ye have wrought upon the earth,
וברך את דגנכם ומימיך זרע בטנך וזרע ארצך שגר אלפיך ועשתרות צאנך:
And bless thy bread and thy water, And bless the fruit of thy womb and the fruit of thy land, And the herds of thy cattle, and the flocks of thy sheep.
והיית לברכה בקרב הארץ וכל עמי הארץ יחפצו בכם ויברכו את בניכם בשמי והיו ברוכים כמוני:
And ye will be for a blessing on the earth, And all nations of the earth will desire you, And bless your sons in my name, That they may be blessed as I am."
ויתן לישמעאל ולבניו ולבני קטורה מתנה וישלחם מעל יצחק בנו:
And he gave to Ishmael and to his sons, and to the sons of Keturah, gifts, and sent them away from Isaac his son, and he gave everything to Isaac his son.
וישמעאל עם בניו ובני קטורה עם בניהם נסעו יחדו וישבו מפארן עד לבא בבלה בכל הככר אשר מקדם נוכח המדבר:
And Ishmael and his sons, and the sons of Keturah and their sons, went together and dwelt from Paran to the entering in of Babylon in all the land which is towards the East facing the desert.
ויתחברו איש אל אחיו ויקראו בשם ערבים וישמעאלים:
And these mingled with each other, and their name was called Arabs, and Ishmaelites.
